- Ensuring that all right to work in the Uk documentation is in place
- CV and candidate pre-Screening using Biographic or Competency based techniques
- Skills Testing is applied where necessary
- Presentation of the best selection of candidate CVs including candidate specifications
- Arranging the business client interview schedule
- Organising all feedback as appropriate along with any guidance and advice required for both parties including the job offer
- Reference checks where appropriate
